Objective: The main objective of this activity was to create awareness about the importance of voting among citizens and encourage them to exercise their democratic right responsibly.
Activities Conducted:
- Poster & Slogan Making: Students created creative posters and slogans emphasizing the importance of voting under the theme “Vote is Our Right”.
- Display of Posters: The posters were displayed in societies and adopted areas to reach a wider audience and motivate community members to vote.
Outcome: Increased awareness among community members about the importance of voting and their responsibility as citizens. Enhanced the creativity and social responsibility of students through practical involvement in public awareness campaigns.
The voting awareness campaign was successfully conducted under the guidance of Professor Ravina Katkar. The activity not only educated the public about their voting rights but also instilled a sense of civic duty among students and community members alike.
